At Crimson Leaf Studios we help you build an online presence for your business so you can reach your customers anywhere...anytime.

We're not your average web agency. We won't just "send you a quote".

We believe the only way to get real, meaningful results for our clients is by understanding their business, their customers, their competitors and their market as much as possible.

So before you ever see a proposal or quote from us, we're going to spend a bit of time getting to know you. We call it the Crimson Leaf Blueprint to Success.

1. Initial Call

We start with a quick call to determine if we're a good fit for each other. We're not right for every client and not every client is right for us. Better to find this out upfront.

2. Consultation

We'll schedule 3-4 meetings with you to dig deep into your business, your customers, your competitors and market. Each meeting runs about an hour and can be done in person, by phone or via web conference. In between each meeting, we're doing additional research to learn more about your market, your customers and your competition.

3. Solution

After gathering all the information we need, we put together a solution designed to achieve your goals and objectives in a cost-effective manner. We present this to you and answer your questions. At this point you can decide if you want to move forward and/or make some adjustments.

4. Proposal

Once we've agreed on the solution, we present the final proposal with costs clearly outlined. Why the extra step? We don't like surprises and we're pretty sure you don't either. By presenting our solution first, you know our thinking and can determine the direction you're comfortable with. So the final proposal will only include what was agreed on.
