I’ve been there.
I spent years honing my craft and learning from the best. When I went out on my own in 2009 I actually hit the ground running.
I’d been living in Australia for a number of years and knew a lot of people, so getting business from referrals came easy.
Then my spouse and I decided to come home to Canada.
I’d been out of the country for over 8 years. I started reconnecting with old colleagues and friends and slowly started getting business. And when I say slowly...I mean slooooowwwly.
I quickly realized that relying on referrals as our main source of business wasn’t going to cut it anymore and I needed to start practicing what I was selling.
I needed to find an effective way to market my business in a very crowded industry.
I joined my local Chamber, attended networking events and even started cold calling. Ugh!
It started working though and the business grew. But as business grew, I found I had less and less time to focus on marketing.
It was also inconsistent. I was caught in a feast and famine cycle.

This process involves 3-4 meetings of 60-90 minutes each. We typically run these meetings over a 2-3 week period depending on your availability. Meetings can be done in person or online at your convenience.
While you know your business best, the Business Review is a tested, structured process that enables us to really understand your business, your customers and your competitive space. We ask questions you might not have thought about and find many of our clients learn something as well. It's a core part of our process and vital to a successful outcome.
The initial investment for your Lead Generation Program is $1,500. This investment covers the Business Review process and the development of your 'blueprint for success'. The cost of your program will depend on the outcome of this Review and the details of your custom marketing plan. However, should you decide to move forward with our plan, we will apply 50% of this initial investment to your program cost. And, if you are not completely satisfied with the Business Review after our first meeting, we will give you a full refund.
This will depend on the structure of your program and any ad spend budget associated with it. For example, with paid advertising (PPC) we expect to see results fairly quickly with growth over time as we continually test and optimize campaigns. Organic results (non-paid) can take a few months to get traction and tend to grow more slowly over time. A combined strategy works best to see month over month increases and a positive return on your investment.
